Look closely at most of these offerings and look closely in their contract, they will almost all specify that you only will get a refund if the business FAILS TO OBTAIN USCIS APPROVAL. Obtaining USCIS approval is the easy part. What these operators aren’t guaranteeing is the Embassy will actually approve the visa petition.
